I had previously been with a large agency that had different departments and agents for each type policy: car, home, rentals, liability, umbrellas, etc. The agency would send emails saying it was time to renew, but would never detail what policy they were referring to. Often it seems when I would call about a policy, the agent had left, and I had another new one.
